Manufacturing of Right-Angle LED Display

Right-angle LED screens are usually set with "L" shape and mostly applied at the corners of indoor and outdoor walls. Especially when used as indoors, there are high requirements for the splicing seams at angle joints, splicing seams are required to be within 0.5mm, to achieve a seamless splicing effect.

Splicing Methods of Right-Angle LED Display Screens

1. Trimming the module Shell: Cut off part of the module shell side, and then cooperate with the design of steel structure to achieve splicing. However, this method has a drawback, which the magnetic attraction hole positions on shell can’t be cut off. Otherwise, without fixed hole positions for magnetic attraction, it would be impossible to install. So this method can only be adopted when magnetic attraction hole positions are at a certain distance from the left and right sides.

2. Beveled Module Shell: beveled module shell is specially designed with angle 45° on sides. When 2 modules spliced together, it forms a perfect 90°. It is mainly used for manufacturing 90-degree right-angle screens. However, the production cost will be slightly higher.

Both solutions have their pros and cons, client can chose flexibly.

Four Application Types of Right-Angle LED Display Screens

1. Corner Screens: In bars and hotels, to achieve lighting effects or to make screen look larger, the indoor walls are often connected. The angle LED screens play an important role here.

2. Square Pillar Screens: They are usually installed on the pillars in hotels, auto shows, and shopping malls, presenting a square pillar or cubic appearance. not only have a decorative effect but also are conducive to the promotion of brand advertisements.

3. LED Cube Screens: Magic cube screens are six-sided screens. usually hanging installed or standing installed. Each side is designed in a square shape. very magical and attractive video playing.

4. "L-shaped" Naked-eye 3D Screens: From playing content and creative forms, the "L-shaped" naked-eye 3D screens can achieve a deeper immersion and leave a strong visual impact on the audience.
